1. Download the lower-third template to your project folder.
  2. Open the template in Photoshop.
  3. Refer to your script and find the name of the first person who appears in your story.  Use the Save As command to make a copy of the template and name it using the person’s first name.
  4. Use the text tool to type the first and last name of the person in the NAME field.
  5. Use the text tool to type the person’s title and affiliation in the TITLE, AFFILIATION field.  For a student this is at least their graduating class. (i.e. Class of 2022) . Their title may include their role in a club or on a team. The affiliation may be the name of their team or club.
  6. Repeat the process for each person mentioned in your script.
  7. For the reporter, use their name and graduating class.
